Doug and Karla Kamm from Grimes IA. 1977
Y-82 S.E. Trans Am with a W-72 Engine. He bought the car at a show for
$2,800 and then restored it to mint condition.
As
you can tell by these pictures, he did a very nice job. Bandit, eat your heart
out and watch out for Smoky Bear.
Ed
Randolph from Bakersfield CA. This is his 1979 Trans Am. It has
gray (silver?) interior. He is restoring it for his daughter for her first car.
Nice father.
Charles
Hartman's 1981 Turbo Pace Car. This perfect car has less then 300 original
miles! I snapped a photo of this Trans Am at Pontiac Day 1999 at Englishtown
Raceway Park. He took first place in the stock Firebird 1967-1981 class.
I
believe this 1970 Trans Am belongs to Michael Inzirillo. It took
third place at Pontiac Day 1999 at E-Town.
This car was very detailed. Click on the engine picture for a great
example of the use of chrome and painted pieces. Even though its not a 77-81, I
think we can all appreciate a nice early second generation car.
Chris
Bossio of Red Bank NJ. 1979 Firebird Formula. This is one of the cars
I assisted in restoring. The car has 403 Oldsmobile built by Vinny
Green of Greens Performance in Red Bank NJ.
The
paint is a white with blue pearl. You have to see this show winner up
close. This is the twin to my Formula, as we show them together. The stereo is awesome.
The whole trunk is finished off nicely with Plexiglas windows and neon lights to
enhance the subwoofer box. The headliner is hand painted by Chris and goes
with the pirate theme with mermaids in the sea.

Ken
de Vries of Victoria Australia. 1977 Trans Am SE. When was the last
time you've seen a right hand drive T/A? This is one of my customers from
down under. He had completely restored this car and needed just a
few little pieces to finish it off. I think we need to ship one here
and surprise them at the Trans Am Nationals.
